If another case is registered against a person already in custody, a PT warrant is issued before presenting them in court.
Vallabhaneni Vamsi, a YSRCP leader, is currently in remand in the Vijayawada jail in connection with the kidnapping of a young man named Satyavardhan, who worked as a computer operator at the Gannavaram TDP office.
