A great part of Thai culture is Thai food. Thai food is quite unique as compared to other cuisines. Wherever you go in Thailand, you will find some unique edible items that will blow your mind. We all know that rice plays an utmost important role in Thai food. You can not imagine a Thai dish without rice. It is their tradition to include rice in their dishes. Fish sauce and red chilli flakes are also kept on the table. By all these things, a person can make the dish more spicier if one wants.

Kao Pad

This Thai dish is also not spicy. A sauce is served that contains mild chillies, ginger and garlic. Hainan chicken is the other name of this dish. 

 

Green curry and Som Tom

Green curries can be mild or hot and spicy also. Even the Som Tom is a spicy Thai salad. Therefore, some Thai dishes are spicy, whereas others are normal. 

 

Noodle Soup

A normal soup that is not spicy at all. You need to use the condiment tray to add spice to the dish. 

 

Esaan Sausage

These are also not spicy, instead small pieces of ginger, garlic and green chillies are served with it. 

 

Dipping sauce is served which is searing hot. Fish sauce, lime juice and sliced chillies are used to make this sauce. This sauce is too spicy; therefore, use it wisely. 

 

Conclusion: Do not think that Thai food is spicy. Try Thai food in Sydney as there are a plethora of Thai dishes which are not spicy at all.
